Tournament Refund Policy
A team withdrawing from the tournament will be issued a full refund (less applicable credit card processing fees and less the $50.00 administration fee) if requested more than 60 days prior to the start of the tournament.
A team withdrawing will be charged an administration fee of $200.00 if requested between 60 to 30 days prior to the start of the tournament.
A team withdrawing will not be refunded if requested less than 30 days prior to the start of the tournament.
Note:
If Kingston Area Minor Hockey Association is required to cancel a tournament due to COVID-19 and/or subsequent restrictions, a full refund (less credit card processing fees) will be issued to all teams registered to play. The decision to cancel a tournament will be based on directions from local public health officials.
- Refunds will be issued via same method of payment (etransfer or credit card)
- Refunds will be processed within three weeks of the cancellation of the event
