The Kingston Area Minor Hockey Association (KAMHA) is excited to offer two Body Checking Clinics for current KAMHA players (i.e., must be on a 2025 KAMHA Roster).
These clinics are designed to help develop proper body checking technique in a safe, controlled, and fun environment.

All Registrations are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
We’re also hosting Preparation Skates for current KAMHA players (i.e., must be on a 2025 KAMHA Roster).
Ready to bring the energy? This camp is all about sharpening your skills and getting dialled in for tryouts.
We’ll crank up the tempo with skating, speed work, puck handling, shooting, passing, agility, and battle drills.
Come ready to work, compete, and have fun doing it.
