Submitted By Susan Quinton on Thursday, September 8, 2016
This program is perfect for hockey players looking to enhance their skating and puck control. The sessions will be provided by experienced FL Hockey instructors which will combine progressive skating and stick handling techniques.

We will break down aspects of skating that will help you understand what your body, stick and feet are accomplishing on the ice. Pucks will be added to these skating skills with proper puck handling.

The program will help you become a better and more efficient skater as well as understanding how to control a puck with speed.
