KAMHA Annual AGM - Thursday May 20th
NOTICE OF  KAMHA 2020/2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING  

Date:    Thursday May 20th, 2021   
Time:  6:30 pm 
Location:   Virtual Meeting – Zoom Conferencing   
   

The VIRTUAL AGM will be open to ELIGIBLE MEMBERS ONLY as outlined in the KAMHA Constitution.   

Virtual AGM Instructions

  • Complete the online pre-registration prior to 12:00 pm on Thursday May 20th (see below)
  • A Credentials Committee will review all individuals who register to attend the meeting.
  • Again, only those members who meet the eligibility criteria will be permitted to attend the meeting. 
    They will receive a link to the Zoom meeting on the afternoon of May 20th.
  • In order to be prepared to attend the meeting using the Zoom Conferencing platform, please make sure that you are familiar with the program and that your computer system is ready.  To do this, please use this test link:  https://zoom.us/test.  There will be very limited opportunity to provide technical assistance on the day of the meeting.
