Registration Refunds
Please complete the online refund request form to obtain a refund for KAMHA programs. When requesting a refund please note the following: House League Refund Policy: All requests are subject to approval and must be submitted through this website the request must include: the name of the player, division, team number (if House League), parents name, address. Requests must be submitted by the parent or guardian. Requests received prior to the start of the regular hockey season (September 1st) will receive a full refund minus a $100.00 administration fee. Requests received from the start of the hockey season to October 31 will receive an 80% refund minus a $100.00 administration fee. NO REFUNDS will be provided after November 1st. Requests MAY BE CONSIDERED by the KAMHA in the case of injury or medical reason when submitted with written medical documents from a Physician Rep and Select teams Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for Representative players who voluntarily withdraw under any circumstances at any point throughout the season, once Rep Players have accepted and signed their offer of commitment to play on any of our competitive teams. No REFUNDS will be provided for Tryouts (Rep or Select) or in-season skill sessions unless otherwise canceled by KAMHA Please allow four to six weeks for our administrator to process the request.
