Returning Players:

Returning players must register online through the KAMHA Hockey Canada Registration System (HCR)- click on the registration link above.

KAMHA continues to use the Hockey Canada Registration system. Previous members created accounts accessed by an email address and password and completed all their family and player information in order to register and pay for players online. 

This was an email and password created by users/members directly in the Hockey Canada Registry. 

As previously registered members of KAMHA, your information will be available in the system. You will simply be required to search for your player’s information using last name [legal name] and date of birth to be able to register and complete your transaction to register for KAMHA.

NEW to KAMHA Players:

Any NEW to KAMHA players must contact KAMHA's registrar before they can register - the online registration will not work. (see below for further details).

If you have moved into the KAMHA area and have played hockey with another organization, please go to the “Moving to Kingston” section of this website to proceed.

If you are new to hockey, please contact our registrar for assistance Bonnie Denna at [email protected]. All new registrants must provide a copy of proof of player age (birth certificate/passport) as well as proof of residency.

IMPORTANT: Personal cheques will NOT be accepted. KAMHA only accepts Debit, Credit or Cash at walk in registrations.

KAMHA Refund Policy

House League Refund Policy:

• All requests are subject to approval and must be submitted through this website

  BY CLICKING HERE The request must include: the name of the player, division, team number (if House League), parents name, address. Requests must be submitted by the parent or guardian.

• Requests received prior to the start of the regular hockey season (September 1st) will receive a full refund minus a $100.00 administration fee.
• Requests received from the start of the hockey season to October 31 will receive an 80% refund minus a $100.00 administration fee.
• NO REFUNDS will be provided after November 1st. Requests MAY BE CONSIDERED by the KAMHA in the case of injury or medical reason when submitted with written medical documents from a Physician

Rep and Select teams Refund Policy:

• NO REFUNDS will be provided for Representative players who voluntarily withdraw under any circumstances at any point throughout the season, once Rep Players have accepted and signed their offer of commitment to play on any of our competitive teams.
• No REFUNDS will be provided for Tryouts (Rep or Select) or in-season skill sessions unless otherwise canceled by KAMHA
