In preparation for the 2026/27 hockey season, the Kingston District Hockey Referee
Association (KDHRA) are seeking committed and dedicated individuals aspiring to
become hockey referees.
The Hockey Canada Officiating Program is for anyone interested in officiating the
game of hockey, from beginners all the way up to seasoned veterans.
To qualify, you need to be at least 14 years of age as of December 31st, 2026.
Registration and Referee clinics for both the OMHA and OWHA will not be
available until mid-summer/fall 2026, however to express interest in joining our
